SHIPPING

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Usually 2-3 weeks. Due to high demand of some of our most popular products, please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery.

If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at jcijashley@gmail.com 

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

 

WILL MY ORDER COME IN ONE PACKAGE?

Since we have a few warehouses, we don't have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. So you'll probably receive one item before the next.

 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We believe in our customers receiving there product free of charge. 
We at Puppy Royal do not charge shipping.

 

TAXES/DUTIES

ARE THERE CUSTOMS, TAXES, DUTIES, AND/OR TARIFFS?

We are not responsible for customs, taxes, duties and tariffs. Unfortunately we have no control over that, it all deals with laws and regulations in your respective country. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Boss Savings is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

 

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order.

Should you receive an item that is in the wrong color or size than the one you originally order, please email us a picture of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 48 hours upon receipt of the order to get a replacement.

Our store accept returns or exchanges depending on the case. Once an item has been received, it can be returned. Additional shipping fees needs to be paid by the buyer. We can also offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under the below criteria:

  • Items are faulty – damaged/broken.
  • We sent wrong item – size, style, color.
  • Parcels that is lost in transit.
  • Measurements are provided on each product’s description to help you get a more accurate fit. We do not bear responsibility due to NON-RECEIPT or REFUSAL because the item that does not fit you.
  • We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).

Note: Puppy Royal will not be held liable to any lost or misreport parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order.

We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 24 hours window and/or because of the Standard Shipping reason. Please note that our Standard Shipping are posted in each product’s description hence all customers should be aware of this before concluding an order.

All refunds will be process within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Send us an email stating your concern and attach a picture of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 48 hours upon receipt of the order get a replacement or refund.

Note: Our team will inspect / verify the photo(s) before we issue out a replacement or refund. Puppy Royal reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria.

 

I MADE AN ERROR WHEN ORDERING

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

If you entered the wrong address, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it.

 

CAN I CHANGE THE COLOR/SIZE OF MY PRODUCT?

If you wish to make a change to your order, contact us as soon as possible at jcijashley@gmail.com. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it unfortunately.
