Refund and Return Policy
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 24 hours after receiving your order.
Should you receive an item that is in the wrong color or size than the one you originally order, please email us a picture of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 24 hours upon receipt of the order to get a replacement.
Our store accept returns or exchanges depending on the case. Once an item has been received, it can be returned. Additional shipping fees need to be paid by the buyer. We can also offer you a replacements at no additional cost if it falls under the below criteria:
- Items are faulty – damaged/broken.
- We sent the wrong item – size, style, color.
- Items that are lost in transit.
- Measurements are provided on each product’s description to help you get a more accurate fit. We do not bear responsibility due to NON-RECEIPT or REFUSAL because the item that does not fit you.
If you want to cancel your order, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s) or after 24 hours after their purchase.
Daily Saves will not be held liable for any lost or misreported parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening. Please, enter your information's in English only, without that, we won't be responsible for any mistake in the order
